Ryan de Guzman, PharmD
Ryan de Guzman, PharmD earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from
Western University of Health Sciences in 2001. Dr. de Guzman completed
a residency program in community pharmacy with the University of
Pacific that included extensive compounding experience. He also completed
specialized compounding training programs in Houston, Texas that
focused on general compounding, bio-identical hormone replacement
therapy and aseptic compounding techniques. Dr. de Guzman is a member
of the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists and frequently
attends seminars on veterinary pharmacology and compounding.

Courtney Clark, PharmD
Courtney Clark, PharmD is the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Golden Gate Pharmacy. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in 2006. Dr. Clark has completed extensive training in pharmaceutical compounding from the Pharmaceutical Compounding Centers of America and the American College of Veterinary Pharmacy. She is certified in Advanced Canine and Feline Therapeutics and Immunization Administration. She is a member of the Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society, American Pharmacists Association, National Community Pharmacy Association, California and Michigan Pharmacist Associations, and the Marin County Pharmaceutical Association. |

Rebecca Lofholm, RPh
Rebecca Lofholm, RPh has been a practicing pharmacist in Marin County
with her husband Paul for a number of years. Currently she is the
owner and pharmacist in charge of Golden Gate Pharmacy, a pharmacy
that services patients in skilled nursing facilities and board and
care homes. She also serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of
Pharmacy at the University of California at San Francisco. Prior
to opening Golden Gate Pharmacy’s veterinary division in 1999,
Ms. Lofholm underwent specialized veterinary compounding training
in Houston, Texas. She is very excited to now be able to offer veterinary
compounding in her practice and furthers her veterinary compounding
background through her membership in the American College of Veterinary
Pharmacists.

Paul Lofholm, PharmD
Paul Lofholm, PharmD has been a compounding pharmacist in Marin
County, California for many years. He serves as a Clinical Professor
of Pharmacy at the University of California at San Francisco and
has served as past president of the American College of Apothecaries.
Dr. Lofholm frequently lectures on a variety of pharmacological topics
and brings his vast knowledge of chemistry and compounding to Golden
Gate Veterinary Pharmacy.
